Grillby's Backyard Barbecue is a restaurant chain owned by Grillby, with locations across the Underground.
The first Grillby's is located in The City of Old, and is the second shop in TS!Underswap. The second is located in Koffin Keep, and is the fourth shop in TS!Underswap.
It replaces the Spider Bake Sale from UNDERTALE.

The protagonist finds Grillby's Backyard Barbecue after escaping the Mad Dummy in the Sewers in The City of Old. When first entering the restaurant there's nobody there aside from a few customers. After saving Bugerpant from The Greasers, he and Flara come back to the restaurant, as well as the monsters that comprise Norman. When Bugerpant is present, he sells the protagonist Crispy Fries and Grillburgers while also telling lamenting about his broken dreams. Once encountered, Mettalot will also make a visit to Grillby's.
Starlight Isles[]
The protagonist finds the second Grillby's in Koffin Keep after be forced to work for Koffin-K. In it, Bugerpant is swarmed by bats, who are ether shooed away by the protagonist so that they can talk to Bugerpant, or scared away permanently using the Super Signal. Regardless, Bugerpant helps progress getting a donut the correct way by handing them a poem that can be traded for the pastry.
Following the battle against Koffin-K, Sans mentions the restaurant being closed down, due to count's actions at the Guiding Light festival.
Abandoned Grillby's first location in Starstruck Village.
It is possible to find an abandoned Grillby's restaurant in Starstruck Village, with a sign made by the Acting CEO of Grillby's that commemorates the first ever Grillby's location, due to the recent closure and relocation in Koffin Keep, maintaining respect for the company's past identity and asking to try the new Koffin-Kola drink.

By the time the protagonist makes it to the city, the entrance of Grillby's is barricaded, preventing the protagonist from entering.

Because Koffin-K is unable to make the protagonist their servant (and is scared of them), Koffin-K closes the gate behind them, preventing skipping the entire
Geography[]
Grillby's Backyard Barbecue is a restaurant with a retro aesthetic as seen by the black and white squares floor, the music heavily based on the 80s. The restaurant has three big tables all of them with a menu, salt and pepper. It also has a broken retro looking jukebox where the music comes from. On the counter you can usually find Bugerpant serving the customers while also judying his life choices. On the wall you can see pictures of Asgore, Mettalot and Aaxel (the leader of the The Greasers).
The outside of Grillby's Backyard Barbecue looks like most buildings in The City of Old with some unique traits such as a red sign saying Grillby's and two windows, one with a little yellow flower.
